Description
As a Sanitization Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple production areas.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling, sanitizing, and cleaning assignments based on daily production needs, ensuring adherence to GMP Standards and Safety guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise Line Support Personnel and ensure adherence to GMP guidelines and SOPs.
  • Monitor sanitization quality and performance to verify proper procedures.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to equipment and sanitization procedures.
  • Conduct training for existing and new employees in accordance with SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies.
  • Develop, update, and maintain procedures and documentation for cleaning and sanitization.
  • Manage operations of the assigned production area and achieve SQDC targets.
  • Identify and resolve personnel conflict issues; escalate to Production Management when necessary.
  • Maintain stock for daily consumables and PPE inventory.
  • Manage and track inventory of tools and equipment spare parts.
  • Conduct daily huddles to track safety, quality, and changeovers.
  • Communicate and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Attend required daily meetings with Production Management and other departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement/Lean Manufacturing Technique implementations.
  • Conduct internal process audits related to Cleaning/Sanitization Logs and 5S.
  • Conduct Performance Management Reviews and skill set gap evaluations.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent English communication skills; Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
  • Knowledge of Lean Tools, such as 5S and quick changeovers (SMED), is a plus.
  • Strong leadership abilities and initiative.
  • Selfmotivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Customerfocused with the ability to deal with others in the organization.
  • Technical Mechanical Skills (trainable) and ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Functional knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:


  • Must be able to stand and move as needed to perform job duties for length of shift.
  • Regularly exposed to loud noise and vibration.
  • This position is very active and requires physical exertion, including lifting and moving items over 50 pounds.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
