The Caritas Hospital Saarbrücken, Academic Teaching Hospital of the University of Saarland, is a hospital with over 20 medical departments and 621 beds.

It is one of the most efficient, competent, and modern medical facilities in the region and is operated by the Caritas Trägergesellschaft Saarbrücken mbH (cts).


The Institute for Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology is one of the largest and most modern radiological facilities in the southwest of Germany.

It centrally provides all diagnostic and interventional radiological services and state-of-the-art technology to both inpatient and outpatient patients of the Caritas Hospital Saarbrücken and the Medical Care Center.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform all examinations on stateoftheart equipment from GE Healthcare, particularly computer and magnetic resonance tomography
  • Organize and coordinate examination appointments
  • Opportunity for rotation in different diagnostic areas due to our wide range of equipment

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a medical technical radiology assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification (e.g. Xray license with valid expertise in radiation protection)
  • Ideally, professional experience
  • Teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and independent work ethic
  • Enjoy working with people of all ages and have an empathetic demeanor
  • Good technical understanding in handling equipment and computers
  • Interest in personal and professional development
  • Participation in oncall duty.
