Behavior Technician Responsibilities & Requirements:

Male BT/RBT _Strongly_
Preferred:

High School Diploma Required
Previous experience working with children Required

Reliable Personal Transportation Required:

Travel between client's home and/or community setting Required:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with families and teammates
Implement programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, selfhelp, social, and play skills
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
Work involves playing with children including but not limited to walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, and carrying up to 25 lbs in settings such as a home floor.
Diligently attending to the safety of the patient and surroundings is required.
