Rocky Top is looking for a Mitarbeiter Bauwesen/ Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d) to join our team at the Handwerkskammer Magdeburg.

As a public law corporation, we represent the interests of the crafts industry in the northern region of Saxony-Anhalt and perform delegated tasks from the government.

We are dedicated to providing professional training and development for the crafts industry and offer consulting and services to businesses.

Your responsibilities will include planning, overseeing, and following up on various construction and modernization projects, as well as managing administrative tasks related to building management, such as energy management and maintenance.

You will also be responsible for procuring materials and services for these activities.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, as well as relevant experience and skills in planning, overseeing, and following up on construction and modernization projects.

Knowledge of construction business management and proficiency in current IT applications, such as Microsoft Office, are also required.

Your work style should be characterized by reliability, communication, and goal orientation, and you should have a self-sufficient and structured approach.
