Training focuses:

  • Acceptance of goods and verification of delivery based on accompanying documents
  • Unpacking and sorting of goods as well as storage according to economic principles and in compliance with warehouse regulations
  • Picking and packing of goods for shipments and compilation into loading units
  • Labeling, marking, and loading of shipments according to legal requirements
  • Processing of shipping and accompanying documents
  • Use of jobspecific information and communication systems
  • Communication and cooperation with preceding and subsequent functional areas
  • Participation in quality assurance measures

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of a secondary school diploma
  • Interest in technology and activities in logistics
  • Organizational skills
  • Teamwork skills
