Regular 15-minute weekly check-ins with managers and quarterly 360-performance reviews are conducted to maintain job clarity.
In this position, you will handle prescription typing, incoming calls, Zendesk tickets, and prioritize customer service excellence for both retention and sales support. Responsibilities include interacting with patients and prescribers regarding compound options, assisting with prescription transfers, and lab tasks like preparing compounded medications. This full-time role is internally known as Customer Care Specialist.
