We Offer:
We Need: Supportive and caring individuals with good verbal communication skills looking for a position to work with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in a residential home setting. The Residential staff helps by providing support and training to 5 - 6 individuals each day.
Job Type: Full-time; typically, 40 hours per week
Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 9:00 am / 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (split shift)

InReach provides a wide variety of services to adults with I/DD. We have been serving the Charlotte community since 1974. We hire people willing to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by providing companionship, care, and support. We have four administrative offices located in Charlotte, Concord, and Monroe. There is a complete list of our open positions on
All InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and have six months of verifiable direct experience working with individuals with disabilities (paid or volunteer) preferred. In lieu of experience with disabilities, other relevant experience may be considered with additional on-the-job training. All experience must be verifiable.
