We Offer:
We Need: Friendly and caring person available to work 4 hours per day with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The best candidate will be providing one-on-one support to take individuals separately out into the community.
Job Type: Part-time
Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm 20 hours per week, afternoon/evening. Times can vary depending on schedules.

About InReach: InReach is a recognized leader in providing services to people with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and is recognized by the Council on Quality and Leadership. InReach provides a wide variety of services to adults with I/DD. We have been serving the Charlotte community since 1974. We hire people willing to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by providing companionship, care, and support. We have four administrative offices located in Charlotte, Concord, and Monroe. There is a complete list of our open positions on
All InReach applicants are required to have a high school diploma or GED, be 18 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. Six months of verifiable direct experience working with individuals with disabilities (paid or volunteer) preferred. In lieu of experience with disabilities, other relevant experience may be considered with additional on-the-job training. All experience must be verifiable.
