    Hard Skills:


    Someone with an L&D background, interpersonal skills, and who can explain and train the customer service team on marketing automation etc.

    1 year of marketing and love for teaching
    3.5 GPA and higher

    Tech Skills:
    Marketo for email marketing, newsletters, and keeping in contact with people (preferred)
    Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel and Word (required)
    Salesforce, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Dreamweaver experience (preferred but not required)

    Education/Certifications/Years of Experience:
    A bachelor's degree is required (in marketing or business ideally)
    1+ years of email marketing automation experience
