What tasks can you expect?

For our branch office Friedrich Specht Söhne GmbH in Meerane:

• Departmental management of production/manufacturing
• Production planning and monitoring
• Personnel deployment planning
• Organizing and ensuring smooth production processes
• Purchasing of raw materials
• Ensuring compliance with quality management guidelines, member of HACCP team

What qualifications should you bring?

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a distiller or in a related field in the food industry (e.g. specialist for fruit juice, food technology)
• Several years of professional experience in production
• Experience with certification according to the IFS Food management standard is an advantage
• Leadership experience is desirable
• Independent work style / handson mentality
• Proficiency in common MS Office applications and ERP systems
• Good teamwork and organizational skills
