Responsibilities:


  • Provide insurance consulting services to clients, including assessing their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on insurance products and trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure new clients
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate competitive rates and coverage terms
  • Assist clients with claims processing and provide ongoing customer service support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner

Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in insurance sales or sales administration
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Excellent telemarketing skills to generate leads and secure new clients
  • Strong negotiation skills to obtain competitive rates and coverage terms for clients
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain longterm client relationships
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain insurance concepts clearly to clients
  • Previous experience in retail sales is a plus

Highest Commission in the industry -commissions start at 40% (this is a commission only role)
