We are currently seeking a
social pedagogue (m/f/d) for our therapy program WITH CHILD at Heidehof in Weinböhla for parents with substance abuse disorders and their children aged two to seven years.

The position is 32 hours per week and is permanent.

Responsibilities:

Receiving incoming mothers and fathers with children
Accompanying the settlingin period (children with parents)
Independent organization of daily group activities
Leading the children's group
Parent work (guiding education, parent counseling)
Identifying individual support and care goals, implementing and shaping them in pedagogical work with the children
Supportive participation in the process of weaning treatment for parents
Collaboration with adjacent services (therapists/doctors/youth welfare office/addiction counseling centers, etc.)
Careful documentation of agreements and relevant information
Individual and goaloriented design of support processes

Requirements:

Degree in social pedagogy or comparable qualification
Experience in the field of child and youth welfare desirable (not a requirement)
Participatory work with the birth family and the family network
Dealing with the topic of "addiction"
Active contribution of own ideas and abilities
Willingness to work shifts and weekends (no night shifts)
Enjoyment of collaborative, solutionoriented work in a team
Organizational skills and independent, structured work style
Flexibility, also in dealing with constantly
