We are interested in individuals who are representative of the diverse populations we serve and are dedicated to serving participants with quality and compassion.
We prioritize hiring and training folks who have lived experiences of houselessness, and other identities/experiences relevant to the communities we serve (LGBTQAI2S+, BIPoC, neurodivergent, disabled).
