About the Role:

Why the role exists:

The Assistant Director for Organizational Effectiveness assists the Superintendent/CEO in leveraging processes, organizational design and strategies to drive performance and execution of strategic initiatives that are designed to meet the educational needs of all students.

This position serves as a direct support to the Superintendent/CEO for all matters relating to organizational health and effectiveness including, governance, strategic direction, and operational procedures.

You are all about details and need to know the "why" behind things to guide decision-making and prioritization. You must have an analytical background and an ownership mentality while producing high-quality, precise, and accurate work.

This position requires excellent communication, prioritization skills, exceptional intuition, and the expertise to manage projects effectively with little to no supervision.

You are patient and steady in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge, with the ability to be adaptable and flexible.

You are able to work either independently or collaborating with a team.

Our team is intense, serious, and disciplined in our work ethic, and at the same time we build close and lasting relationships free from office politics.

We are introspective and communicate in a matter-of-fact way with a shared drive to accomplish our goals, build our expert knowledge, and reflect on how we can improve.

We are looking for a professional who will fit into that mindset with us.

This individual will have previous experience working in a professional environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to senior levels of management.

You will create innovative structures and maintain systems that ensure effective communication with internal and external customers. You will have the opportunity to deeply analyze problems and come up with creative, high-quality solutions.

In the day to day, you will also handle preparation of documents and agendas, while being an excellent note taker during assigned meetings.

Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on this position to be flexible and have foresight, while maintaining confidentiality related to high-level systems and operations.

This is a rare opportunity for an individual to step in and be a part of transforming an organization's outcomes and student learning environments.

It also represents a chance for this person to be part of the leade
