Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Front Desk Person to join our team, the ideal person will be responsible for greeting customer, opening repair orders, finding competitively priced parts and creating estimates.
Duties:
- Greet customers in person and by phone.
- Enter information for customers and vehicles into our system
- Call various vendors for prices on parts
- Create estimates
- Complete invoices once work is done
- Check out customers and collect payment
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle issues, repair options, and cost estimates
- Upsell additional services or repairs as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, automotive knowledge required
- Proficient in data entry for accurate record keeping
- Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus for better customer service support
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Proven experience in the Automotive field is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 47.5 per week
