Ruppert Landscape is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as Manager of Infrastructure & Security.

As the Manager of Infrastructure and Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, integrity, and security of our organization's IT infrastructure.

You will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's technology infrastructure, as well as developing and executing strategies to safeguard our systems and data from potential threats.

Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a robust and efficient IT environment that aligns with business objectives while upholding the highest standards of security.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, access points, firewalls, and switches with a focus on IaC, CI/CD, BCDR and HA within Azure and physical within branches.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components in support of business operations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance infrastructure performance, scalability and finops.
  • Define, execute, communicate, and report on information security / infrastructure goals and KPIs to key stakeholders and executive team.
  • Key player in business M&A IT integration activities.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's information assets.
  • Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments and vulnerability scanning to identify and address vulnerabilities.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate and implement corrective actions.
  • Build and lead a highperforming team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in achieving departmental goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to IT infrastructure and security.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements and maintain a secure operating environment.
  • Identify costeffective solutions and optimize resource utilization.
  • Evaluate performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on both infrastructure management and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, systems administration, O365, IT integrations, and cloud computing (Azure).
  • Indepth understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to build and lead a diverse skilled team.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are desirable.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and excels at multitasking under tight deadlines.
  • Continues to adopt a solutionoriented mindset for both problem resolution and process improvement.

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
