Chicago Downtown Area *exact address provided after screening*As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.

Your role will involve surveillance, loss prevention, conflict management, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.


Duties:

• Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and prevent unauthorized access
• Monitor to detect any suspicious activities
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents and take appropriate action
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform access control duties by verifying credentials and authorizing entry
• Conduct thorough investigations of any security incidents or breaches
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
