Description
We are currently seeking a full-time PERSONNEL OFFICER (M/F/D) to join our team in Dayton, WA as soon as possible.
At our headquarters in Olpe, you will find a culture of trust and collegiality. Our management, support departments, and central services work together to steer and support our Franciscan organization and its facilities.
GFO, short for "Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft der Franziskanerinnen zu Olpe" (Non-Profit Society of Franciscan Sisters in Olpe), is an exemplary strong network with around 90 social facilities, including hospitals, elderly care, child and youth services, and education.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administrative personnel processes from hiring to termination
- Maintaining personal data in the payroll software
- Conducting and following up on monthly payroll
- Handling certificates and general correspondence
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in personnel (e.g. personnel specialist), a degree in personnel management, or similar
- Knowledge of current labor, tax, and social security laws, as well as knowledge of AVR-Caritas, is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office programs and experience with payroll systems
- Team player with a proactive and independent work style, open to developing the personnel department
- Flexible, good communication skills, dedicated
