    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Job Title: Part-Time BCBA Consultant

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis near Ripon,California. As a BCBA Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position involves conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing staff training, and consulting with clients and their families.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for clients.
    • Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians and other staff members.
    • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
    • Offer consultation services to clients and their support networks, including schools and other munity organizations.
    • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.

    Requirements:

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.
    • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
    • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Must be eligible to work in California.

    Pay Rate:$42-55 depending on experience
