Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Manteca, CA

Employment Type:Part-time, onsite

Pay Scale:$55-60/hr

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicatedBoard Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in the Manteca, CA area for the school year. This position is a part-time positionthat involves working with students from Kindergarten through 12thgrade. It primarily involves consultations, staff trainings, and performing functional behavioral assessments (FBAs)

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Provide direct behavior analytic services, including behavior management, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction strategies, to clients in various settings such as homes, schools, and munity settings.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across environments.
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify intervention strategies as needed to achieve positive outes for clients.

What You'll Need:

Must have at least a Master's in Education or Special Education
Must have a validApplied Behavior Analyst (ABA) license.
Must hold a National Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license.
Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental/behavioral disabilities preferred
Strong munication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
