• Oversee daily transactions, including
  debits and credits, ensuring all financial activities are recorded in compliance with accounting principles.
• Perform
  monthly balance sheet reconciliations to verify financial consistency and correctness.
• Maintain meticulous
  attention to detail to ensure precision in all accounting tasks.
• Utilize
  time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with team members, demonstrating strong
  interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in
  MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on intermediate to advanced skills in
  Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, and macros).

• Proven experience in AP and AR within a dynamic accounting environment.
• Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.

• Monday to Friday

• Ability to relocate to Austin, TX 78744 before commencing employment (required).
