Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of products
- Perform data entry and customer service
- Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone, routing incoming calls to the appropriate party
- Process customer purchase orders, return requests, misshipments, damage claims
- Use good judgment and strong communication skills to ensure escalations are solved on the first contact
- Maintain proper record keeping and filing system for customers
- Upload, maintain, and revise product listings
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience in an administrative assistant role
- Detailoriented and organized
- Ability to multitask
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Strong communication
- Tech and software savvy
Education:
- AA Degree or higher
Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
