For a partner based in Leipzig, we are currently seeking part-time or full-time telephone operators (m/f/d) for an inbound project with an energy provider in Munson, FL.

Your responsibilities:


  • Telephone and written customer service (no sales)
  • Complaint and fault management for an energy provider
  • Data entry of customer information and transactions in computer program
  • Administrative tasks

Your qualifications:


  • Experience in customer service is desirable (not mandatory)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using a computer
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work independently
