Your Responsibilities
- Application and interface support and processing of change requests
- Taking over application responsibility, including accompanying and carrying out release changes and conducting feasibility analyses
- Evaluating and implementing requirements from the business
- Responsible for 2ndlevel support, working closely with 1stlevel support and acting as a liaison to 3rdlevel support or manufacturer support
- Consulting and supporting departments in relevant applications
- Planning and conducting maintenance work
- Configuring, supporting, and monitoring technical workflows and interfaces
- Conducting functional and integration tests
- Planning and conducting specific key user and user training
- Creating documentation
Bringing Your Strengths:
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, or a similar qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in application support or IT system administration, but we also welcome entrylevel applicants
- Excellent English skills
- Conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills
- High focus on results
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
