Your responsibilities

  • You support the developer team in firstlevel support with direct contact to customers
  • You gather new requirements and help the customer find the optimal solution for their challenge
  • You accompany the customer in their business development
  • It is no problem for you to understand customer needs and "translate" them into technical language
  • With your knowledge, you define the optimal customer offer together with the sales team
  • You accompany and lead projects

Your qualifications

  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for application development or a degree in programming/software
  • You have gained approximately 1 year of professional experience or have comparable qualifications
  • Ideally, you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • You love your job and are open to personal and professional development
  • You have indepth knowledge of supporting and consulting software development projects
  • You have good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
