    Internal Medicine physician job in Virginia: The Inline Group

    • FT/PT
    • Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

    • Compensation: As we grow our primary care program, we are looking for individuals who excel in a community that values dedication and aims to make a difference for the underserved. Compensation is negotiable and experience-based, starting from $192k to $245k. Experienced providers are encouraged and will be compensated according to their credentials and supervisory skills. Production incentives are on offer for those who embody a strong work ethic and deliver care within the community

    • Additional Info: It is essential for our providers at this community health center to grasp our mission, values, and the population we cater to.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:
      - Confident and at ease in treating adult and geriatric patients
      - Formulates a care plan for each patient, covering complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referrals, including hospitalization when necessary
      - Utilizes all resources and treatments available, such as lab and radiological tests, effectively and economically
      - Completes EMR following practice standards and closes charts within the set timeframe
      - Proficient in relevant outpatient medicine and conditions like COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.

      QUALIFICATIONS:
      - Familiar with the mission and operation of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
      - Comfortable in outpatient medicine and capable of effective communication with diverse patients
      - BE/BC
      - Open to new graduates
      - Licensed in VA
