    Internal Medicine physician job in Virginia: The Inline Group

    • Compensation: As we expand our primary care program, we seek talent that thrives in a community that values a strong work ethic and desires to impact the underserved. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience, with a starting range of $192k-$245k. Willing to compensate experienced providers based on credentials and the ability to supervise team members. Production incentives are available to those that embody a strong work ethic and provide care within the community.
    • Benefits: Medical | Dental | Vision. HSA account, $2400 in annual contribution by HRCHC. Student loan repayment available through the NHSC. Paid CME. Paid malpractice through the FTCA.
    • Additional Info: As a community health center, it is critical that our providers understand our mission, values, and the community we serve. JOB DESCRIPTION:
      • Confident and comfortable treating both adult and geriatric patients
      • Develops a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and/or referral, including hospitalization, when necessary
      • Uses all available resources and treatment, such as lab and radiological testing, appropriately and cost-effectively
      • Completes EMR according to practice standards and closes charts within the appropriate time frame
      • Is well versed in relevant outpatient medicine and diagnoses such as COPD, hypertension, diabetes, etc.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Understands the mission and practice of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
      • Comfortable in outpatient medicine and able to communicate effectively with a varied patient panel
      • BE/BC
      • Will accept new grads
      • Licensed in VA
