- Provide legendary service throughout the store in these top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
- Knowledgeable of all exchange and return procedures for Guests and exhibit the ability to turn into a showmanship opportunity
- Fill out and effectively use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily to accomplish goals
- Meets or above performance standards in all Buckle business builders and guest loyalty including fit appointments, Buckle credit card and guest connect.
- Investigate and navigate how to expand Guest selection through inventory Manager, advanced product search, iPad apps, etc.
- Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client based business
- Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service and attentiveness
- Recognize and communicate Guest Levels with the Team
- Passion to ask business driven and showmanship questions often to Manager, Team Leaders and all Teammates

- Follow all Loss Prevention guidelines, including daily bag and purse checks
- Ability to execute and teach all Point of Sale ("POS") procedures
- Appropriately handle calls from Corporate Office
- Maintain positive attitude when dealing with challenging situations that involve Guests or Teammates
- Understand and execute all policies regarding payments, returns, exchanges and Loss Prevention practices

SummaryBuckle is seeking experienced and talented individuals who desire to take their skills to the next level.
As an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager, you have the privilege to work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
You will also share responsibility for training and motivating Teammates and act as the Store Manager in their absence.This is a progression from the AIT position and therefore includes additional high-level duties that are specific to that position, though the majority of job duties and responsibilities are shared.

Sales Generation and Guest Service
Assists the Store Manager in supervising.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this Job, the Teammate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and jump; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the Teammate regularly works in a retail store setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
