Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team.

As a FOH or Shift Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing FOH operations and ensuring exceptional guest, staff and performer experiences both during our public hours or private or ticketed events.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in relationship building and people management.

You should enjoy working in a loud environment 2-3 times a week and work around many moving parts at once.

Opportunity

• 32 Hours per week, 8 hour shifts
• Thursday-FridaySaturday nighttime availibity is a MUST
• 4th day would be flexible depending on what events we have booked
• Starting at $25 with possibility of growing with the company
• We offer Health Benefits to our FT staff after 60 days training and trial period is over

Duties

• Supervise and lead a team of employees during designated shifts
• Ensure smooth operations and highquality service delivery
• Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels during the shifts and report to bar manager
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work environment
• Main point of contact for musicians and performers day of event
• Must know or willing to learn to work with a digital sound mixer and help set up for live music nights
• Main point of contact with security team

Experience

• Previous 12 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is a must
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize revenue
• Experience in events management for special promotions or functions
• Excellent time management abilities to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Exceptional customer service and guest services skills to create a positive experience for patrons

From $25.00 per hour
