For one of our major clients, we are currently looking foran employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:
Your tasks:
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software on site at the customer's location
- Telephone 2nd and 3rd level support for our customers
- Processing of customer inquiries, as well as conducting error analysis and troubleshooting
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects
- Coordination of user requirements with application development
Your profile:
- Completed education in the IT field
- Several years of professional experience in IT customer support
- Experience in system and network administration
- Indepth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux
- Strong communication skills, customeroriented, and solutionoriented
- Methodical and goaloriented work approach, high level of commitment, and a team player
- Class B driver's license

- Duration: permanent employment with the client
