For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for
an employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:


Your tasks:


  • Installation and configuration of hardware and software on site at the customer's location
  • Telephone 2nd and 3rd level support for our customers
  • Processing of customer inquiries, as well as conducting error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Planning, coordination, and implementation of IT projects
  • Coordination of user requirements with application development

Your profile:


  • Completed education in the IT field
  • Several years of professional experience in IT customer support
  • Experience in system and network administration
  • Indepth knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and/or Linux
  • Strong communication skills, customeroriented, and solutionoriented
  • Methodical and goaloriented work approach, high level of commitment, and a team player
  • Class B driver's license

Framework parameters:


  • Location: Dresden
  • Duration: permanent employment with the client
