- Dates: May 28 – July 11, 2024
- Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 9a -5pm
- Location: Onsite, in office. Near SMART train.
- Background: Selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal fingerprinting/background check
- Pay: $30 – 32/hour
- Answer phones and respond to email correspondence from prospective and existing clients
- Provide key administrative support to the team
- Compile, organize, assemble documents, invoices
- Perform general administrative tasks: filing, scanning, maintaining accurate files
- Provide top notch service for discerning clientele, via phone, email and in-person
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Additional administrative projects as needed
- Prior client service experience (financial services experience preferred)
- Comfortable using technology with intermediate MS Office experience
- CRM experience is highly desired. Redtail CRM experience is ideal
- Excellent customer service and communication skills – both by phone and email
- Trustworthy, dependable, discreet
