Responsibilities

  • Greet and Welcome customers to Russ Darrow Mitsubishi quickly
  • Describe the customer's needs and concerns accurately on repair orders and to technicians from the customer's point of view.
  • Determine and recommend needed vehicle maintainance as well as repairs in response to customer concerns, then advise to customers.
  • Create communication expectations with customers while their vehicles are being maintained and repaired.
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day.
  • Verify the work performed and the charges match up for the customer.
  • Explain all completed work with customers as well as go over potential surveys to make sure the customer is completely satisfied

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 6 months experience in automobile service write ups
  • CDK experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and follow through skills.
  • Selfmotivated, organized and driven to succeed
  • Must possess valid driver's license
