    We are currently hiring a Home Care Director to join our team in Owensboro, KY

    As the Home Care Director, you will,
    Exceed client family expectations, providing exemplary home-based care
    Ensure all staff are oriented/supported to be successful in their job performance
    Liaison between, staff, patients, medical community, and referral sources
    Operates agency to increase financial performance by meeting the growing home-based care needs in our local communities.

    Qualifications

    Experience Desired
    One Year of Home and Community Based Services management experience preferred.
    3-5 years relevant supervisory, clinical management experience

    License Requirements
    Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle.

    Skill Requirements
    Ability to work flexible hours as required to meet identified client's

    Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

    Able to work independently.
    Good communication, writing, and organizational

    Additional State Specific Requirements
    CT, KY, MA, MD, OH, PA, TN, WI: No additional requirements
