Responsibilities for the Insurance Agent/Producer:

Contact and qualify prospective clients and explain features and merits of policies and the business solutions offered. Identity the need and provide the best solution
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close the sale
Works with clients on an ongoing basis
Anticipates future needs and calls on established clients to identify new hires, claims assistance and maintain a regular service model for the client
Develops longterm relationships with clients
Assist clients with concerns and service issues as needed
Reach agreed upon sales and income goals monthly
