    PeopleShare Lancaster is IMMEDIATELY HIRING Experienced Machinist - Tool and Die Makers starting at $25 - $32 + This position starts with immediate benefits and growth opportunities.

    Job Details for 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Tool and Die Maker:

    Schedule:

    - 1st Shift Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

    - 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 2:50pm-10:50pm

    DIRECT HIRE + Immediate benefits: dental, medical, 401K and more

    Starting Pay: $23-$32 per hour based on shift and experience level

    Responsibilities for 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Tool and Die Maker

    • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or CAD files to determine specifications for tool fabrication
    • Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to fabricate and assemble tools within +/
    • Set up and operate to test and adjust tools
    • Troubleshoot and repair tools as needed
    • Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize tool design and functionality
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area
    • Manufacture complex replacement tools as well as polish and fit parts
    • Knowledge of machine shop mathematics and machine metals
    Requirements for 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Tool and Die Maker:
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker
    • Proficient in reading blueprints, sketches, or CAD files
    • Strong knowledge of tool fabrication techniques and processes
    • Experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments
    • Familiarity with stamping press operations and adjustments Ability to troubleshoot and repair tools effectively Read complex diagrams and blueprints
    Machine and Equipment Requirements:

    - Applicants are expected to have proficient abilities in all forms of machining equipment such as CNC, Lathe, Presses, Hoists, die carts, heat treating, and precision measuring
