- Assists RN and/or LPN in direct client care including, but not limited to, providing basic personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, following the assigned clients' individual Master Plans, (i.e. bathing, oral care, dressing and grooming), within scope of practice.
- Adhere to Agency policies and procedures to ensure quality care and documentation is provided
- Regular attendance of mandatory meetings
- Perform housekeeping duties as outlined in client plan of care
- Perform client assessments and administer care in accordance with client plan of care
- Assist with client and family education on proper care procedures
- Active CNA License
- Valid Driver's License
- Active Auto Insurance
