Here at Dana Ford Lincoln, we are moving into the future and looking for a highly qualified representative to work in our Service Department, with a focus on Coordinating the process of our Mobile Ford and Lincoln customers. Mobile Service Representative will be responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's sales and service goals. Must be able to maintain mobile appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. Service Advisor experience a must.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet service department customers promptly and courteously**
  • Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to technicians

- Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates

- Follow up on each repair and answer any customer concerns or needs throughout the process

- Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers

- Handling incoming calls and following up on customers visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner

-Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.

- Must have excellent communication skill (good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)

- Comfortable with computers and technology systems

- Repair Order Management

-Manage mobile technicians and vehicles

-Bilingual is a plus

Pay:
$65, $95,000.00 per year
