    **About the Role:**

    As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting a team of sales professionals in the organization, design, writing and production of quality graphic design packages. This role requires administrative support and a working knowledge of graphic design software.

    **What Youll Do:**

    + Produce custom graphic design packages to support marketing efforts

    + Utilize CBRE brand client messaging templates to produce marketing materials

    + Generate, proposals, presentations, marketing updates, and press releases

    + Process voucher requests

    + Exercise extreme diligence in the review of marketing materials and presentables

    + Support team administrative needs, including managing calendar invites for both virtual and in-person meetings, and coordinating travel plans

    + Update and maintain various information databases

    Associates degree (A.A.) preferred.

    3+ years with providing administrative support to teams of professionals

    2+ years in the Real Estate industry.

    Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions and basic knowledge of financial terms and concepts with the ability to conduct basic financial analysis.

    Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

    Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.

    Strong marketing knowledge desirable.

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level attention to detail in material review and editing.

    Strong organizational skills

    Ability to multitask and execute on deadlines

    Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

    Solid grasp of print and graphic principles

    Ability to edit templates and create custom marketing packages {i.e., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop (preferred)
