Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and visitors.

This position requires strong administrative skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
  • Assist with project coordination and followup on tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate office events and meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and organizing catering
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience in real estate administrative tasks is a plus
  • Ability to type accurately at a reasonable speed Note: This position does not require any dental office experience. We offer competitive pay based on experience.
