This is a 1099 Subcontractor Position

We are a social services agency looking for individuals to help our clients with disabilities gain work experience through ISE- Individual Supported Employment and ESA- Employment support Aide.

ISE- Individual Supported Employment

Provide regular contact at an individuals job site with the employed member and or the employer. This service is intended to help the member develop specific on the job skills necessary for successful employment.

ESA- Employment Support Aide

Provide members with 1:1 support needed for the member to remain in his/her employment.

These supports could include one or more of the following three options:
Personal care services, behavioral supports and or follow along supports as needed to maintain stable employment.

Successful instructors should be organized, motivated, and confident in his/her ability to enhance learning.

Qualifications

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one)
Pass background checks (E-Verify, Central Registry)
Preferably one year of experience working in special education, social work, vocational, rehabilitative, psychology, or human services.
Valid driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance, ability to transport clients, reliable transportation.
CPR/First Aid/Article 9 required training offered on site.
