For our client in the greater Ravensburg area, we are currently seeking a skilled Estimator (m/f/d) for the implementation of construction projects in full-time, as part of a direct permanent position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Participation in diverse construction projects in the field of residential and commercial properties
Responsibility for cost planning and estimation of projects in the Lake Constance / Upper Swabia region
Development of transparent cost calculations based on current market conditions
Close collaboration with project managers (m/f/d) and management
Participation in negotiations for offers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed vocational training as a plasterer (m/f/d), bricklayer (m/f/d), construction draftsman (m/f/d) or similar
Ideally, further education as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
Very precise, structured and detailoriented work style
Good appearance and enjoyment of shared successes
Proficient in working with common computer applications
