Buck Mason is looking for an Area Manager who will play an integral part in defining the retail experience for our customers and employees for the Greater Los Angeles area.
As Area manager you will be responsible for the financial performance, retail experience, and operational duties for all retail locations in your market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee recruitment and training for new store openings
Conduct store visits in market and report regularly to HQ
Develop and ensure procedures are followed to protect the company's inventory and assets as well as all activities related to risk management and safety
Be responsible for all KPIs:
conversion, retention, sales and labor spend
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced managing high-volume stores (3+ locations)
Possesses strong leadership development and team management track record
Enjoys working independently and you do it well
Possess both strong quantitative and analytical skills
Loves working among different teams and communicating with many personalities
An expert communicator with incredible focus and attention to detail, even while working in a very fast-paced environment
Strong task prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills
$85,000 - $110,000 a year

While the base salary range for this role is $85k-$110k, your total compensation package may include commissions, bonuses and other perks tailored to your performance and dedication to our craft.
Buck Mason designs updated, modern American classics for daily wear.Founded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Allen, who were neighbors in Venice, California, they initially set up shop in a 350 square foot garage off Abbot Kinney Boulevard.
Using old school manufacturing techniques combined with modern technology, they took an architectural approach to product with the goal of making fashion less complicated, building each piece to last beyond a single season.
Much of their product is made in the USA, where you can often find Sasha and Erik on the factory floor.
