SUMMARY OF POSITION

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Oversight:

Lead financial planning, analysis, and support of the CFO in strategic decisionmaking.
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Financial Reporting:

Generate timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Provide insightful analysis on financial results, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Cost Analysis and Optimization:

Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with operational teams to implement and track cost improvement initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis.

Cash Flow Management:

Manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity for daytoday operations and strategic initiatives.
Optimize working capital to enhance overall financial performance.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

COMPENSATION
We value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.
