SUMMARY OF POSITION

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Oversight:


  • Lead financial planning, analysis, and support of the CFO in strategic decisionmaking.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand key business drivers and provide financial guidance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:


  • Drive the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and realistic budgets.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Financial Reporting:


  • Generate timely and accurate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful analysis on financial results, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.

Cost Analysis and Optimization:

  • Conduct in-depth cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to implement and track cost improvement initiatives.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis.

Cash Flow Management:


  • Manage cash flow, ensuring liquidity for daytoday operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Optimize working capital to enhance overall financial performance.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.

COMPENSATION
We value the longevity of our employees and offer a competitive compensation plan. Salary is commensurate with experience. This is a full-time, in-person, W2 employee position.
