- Handling initial loss reports and assigning claim owners
- Identifying exposures and answering customer questions via phone and email
- Providing excellent customer service
- Has at least eight months' experience handling loss reports in a call center environment at a recognized P&C insurance carrier
- Already has or can secure an insurance license in Texas within 45 days
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes customer satisfaction
