    We are hiring for a Claim Specialist 1 position at INSHUR!


    If you join us, you'll be part of a team that is reshaping insurance in diverse markets across the US, UK, Netherlands, and new European countries and US states. Supported by Shalonne O'Tey and Chanel Jones, you'll become a valuable member of a friendly team of twelve devoted to providing exceptional customer service in Claims.


    What you will be doing:

    • Handling initial loss reports and assigning claim owners
    • Identifying exposures and answering customer questions via phone and email
    • Providing excellent customer service

    If you are someone who:

    • Has at least eight months' experience handling loss reports in a call center environment at a recognized P&C insurance carrier
    • Already has or can secure an insurance license in Texas within 45 days
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes customer satisfaction
    • Is keen on developing a successful career in Claims
