    Forklift Operator Houston , Texas * Job: Construction Services

    Primary Location: Houston, TX

    Schedule: Full-time

    Travel: Yes, 100 % of the Time

    Essential Job Functions:

    Drives gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial trucks equipped with lifting devices to lift or move products, equipment or materials.

    Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    Moves levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus

    Positions forks, lifting platforms or other lifting device under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, or materials.

    Unloads and stacks material by raising or lowering lifting device.

    May inventory material on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed.

    May load or unload materials onto or off pallets or skids.

    May lubricate brick, recharge batteries, fill fuel tanks or replace liquefied gas tanks.

    **Qualifications**

    Physical Demands:

    Requires sitting while operating equipment most of the work day. May involve both indoors and outdoors work and extreme hot or cold weather. Requires pulling, pushing levers and pedals with hands and feet to operate equipment.

    Strength rating Medium.
