Responsibilities:

Broker Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with real estate brokers in the Chicagoland area, particularly in North Chicago.
- Collaborate effectively to stay informed about market trends, new listings, and emerging opportunities.
Deal Analysis:
- Conduct thorough analysis of potential real estate deals, considering market conditions, property values, and investment returns.
- Assess the financial viability and risks associated with each potential acquisition.
Comp Analysis:
- Research and analyze residential property comparables (comps) to determine fair market values.
- Utilize market data to make informed decisions regarding property acquisitions.
Site Visits and Due Diligence:
- Conduct site visits and property inspections to evaluate physical conditions and potential renovation needs.
- Coordinate due diligence processes to ensure comprehensive assessments of potential acquisitions.
Negotiation:
- Engage in negotiations with sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for real estate acquisitions.
Documentation:
- Prepare and review necessary documentation for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Manage closing on all aspects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on the Chicagoland market.
- Indepth knowledge of North Chicago's residential real estate market.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in deal analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local zoning regulations, property laws, and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
