We, Industriemontage Roding GmbH, are a company in the field of pipeline and power plant construction for the chemical, coal, oil, gas, and food industries.

We install pipeline systems, manufacture tanks and heat exchangers made of stainless steel, maintain plug discs, valves, and fittings, and complete these products to functional systems.

We work together with well-known clients on exciting projects at national and international levels.

Construction Manager (m/f/d) Plant Construction

Your tasks:

Managing construction sites in plant construction
Installation of new systems, modification of existing systems according to predetermined plans
Planning and coordinating work steps, materials, and personnel deployment
Repairing / assembling completed components and systems according to specifications
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Managing and supervising subcontractors and employees on site
Reporting progress and issues to project management

Your profile:

Completed technical education in the field of mechanical engineering, plant construction, or a related field
Several years of professional experience in plant construction, preferably in the chemical or power plant industry
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in plant construction
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Willingness to travel and work on construction sites
