For our department of library center, eCommerce, and trade, we are looking for a full-time (39 hours) permanent employee starting on January 1st, 2023 in Cottage Grove, MN.

Administrative Assistant for Inventory Management and Customer Service (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders in our inventory management system
  • Shipping orders
  • Managing inventory flows (incoming goods, returns, complaints)
  • Maintaining customer, supplier, and product master data
  • Assisting with customer service tasks through ticket system, email, and phone
  • Supporting with special tasks

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Practical experience with inventory management systems
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of inventory management processes and programs
  • Structured work approach
  • Strong communication skills, motivated, customer and teamoriented
