Construction Support Coordinator
Pay Rate:
$40 to $45/HR
Duration: 9 months
Location: New London, CT
We are in need of a Construction Support Coordinator to handle finance administrative duties on a construction site, reporting to the Commercial Site Management and the Operations Manager. Working closely with the Commercial Site Manager, the Construction Site Admin will be responsible for finance tasks such as forecasting, quality assurance of costs, purchase orders, invoicing, and cost reporting.
- Procurement
- Support the Purchase Order (PO) process, monitor purchasing processes, and handle supplier invoices efficiently.
- Manage Short Order process and validate supplier invoices against POs.
- Cost Controlling
- Assist in onsite purchases to enhance cost controlling and forecasting.
- Asset Management
- Ensure proper site inventory management by maintaining an assets log and conducting regular inventory checks.
Competencies:
- Business Administration and Finance
- Advanced IT Skills (MS Outlook, Office 365)
Additional Requirements:
- Site based in New London, CT. Local resumes only.
- Required PPE: glasses, boots, helmet, gloves, and high visibility jacket.
