Description

Are you passionate about taking on leadership responsibility in the field of automotive software testing and shaping the future of platforms for HPCs, Zonals, and ECUs? As part of Vehicle OS projects, Vector works closely with vehicle manufacturers to optimize our products within their ecosystem.

As a Team Leader for Software Testing, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our test team at our location in Regensburg, including Software Test Managers, Technical Lead Test, Test Engineers, and Coaches.

You will advise our team and clients on the optimal test strategy for all software testing levels, actively contributing to the maturity of our AUTOSAR software in vehicle projects.

Your profile:

Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience in test management and engineering, ideally certified by ISTQB
Strong customer orientation and coaching affinity
Knowledge of AUTOSAR and extensive knowledge of Vector test tools
Experience in "classic" development of control units (according to ASPICE, ISO26262, preferably up to ASIL D, ISO21434)
Experience in leading and developing team members
Ideally, experience in one of the following areas: AUTOSAR Adaptive, AUTOSAR Classic, QNX, Embedded Linux
Agile mindset
Good German and English skills
